  4. This is a list of some of the significant hubs and the hours that they
  5. indicate that they are in netmail session.  Because hubs often schedule
  6. their time, any new connects should first be cleared with the sysop.
  7. Generally the hours from 0100-0300 are used by hubs to connect with one
  8. another and to pick up echomail before the 0300 hour.
